We here at the Licking United Methodist Church regularly support different missions. Right now we support Mocimboa da Praia UMC in Mozambique, Africa. We have a monthly offering for them to help support them. This helps them in many ways, from building supplies/maintenance to pastor’s expenses to orphanages and women’s shelters in the area. Check out their Facebook page. Mozambique Facebook page
We also support the mission work of B.J. and Rachel Whitaker. The Whitakers are church planting missionaries serving in Alcora, Spain. B.J. is the son of members in our congregation.
